附生於石頭或樹上的骨碎補屬蕨類植物
其中杯狀蓋骨碎補較為人所熟悉
俗稱兔腳蕨
而大葉骨碎補故名思義
有較大的葉與更粗大的橫走莖
鄒族人也取其莖類嚼食
這蕨在鄒族也是巫術施法媒介
用根莖泡水酒再施唸咒語
據傳可以讓男女互相產生好感、情愫甚至迷戀
