Aspidistra attenuata
Aspidistra attenuata
Its purple-red flowers contain an ovary
emerging from the leaf bases of the ground
Named after it looks like a spider holding an egg.
The Paiwan people have abai (glutinous rice dumpling) made with fake physalis leaves.
The Tsou people use thin-leaf spider eggs to wrap “hunter bags”
The leaves can be wrapped in rice directly without being thawed.
In addition to the spider egg-bearing leaves specially designed for Tsou hunters,
Its fruits in winter have a peanut flavor
Very delicious
