teohku 裝湯容器

臺灣原住民的傳統木製食具中

因製作技術的關係

淺闊的木盤較為常見

而需要刳刻的木碗則較為少見

此現象在善於製作陶器的族群中更為明顯

傳統上

鄒族人多以手指抓東西吃

因此食具的種類並不多

主要以竹、藤、木頭和陶等材質製成

如竹製湯匙 takieingi、藤編飯簍 ceu’fu、以及長方形木湯碗 teohku

 

日治時期

陶器隨著金屬器具的取得越來越容易

其製作技術逐漸失傳

而外來的硬陶碗、瓷盤與鉛製湯勺等食具的引進

也逐漸取代傳統的食具

Due to production technology

Shallow and wide wooden disks are more common

Wooden bowls that require carving are relatively rare.

This phenomenon is more obvious among ethnic groups who are good at making pottery.

The Tsou people mostly eat with their fingers.

Therefore, there are not many types of tableware

Mainly made of materials such as bamboo, rattan, wood and pottery

Such as the bamboo spoon takieingi, the rattan rice basket ceu’fu, and the rectangular wooden soup bowl teohku

 

Japanese colonial period

Pottery became easier to obtain with the availability of metal utensils

Its production technology is gradually lost

The introduction of foreign hard pottery bowls, porcelain plates, lead spoons and other tableware

It also gradually replaces traditional tableware
