hand shovel ”tu’u”
The hoe used by the Tsou people was originally a thin hammer-shaped axe.
According to a survey conducted by anthropologist Tadao Kano
“At that time, the Atayal, Bunun and Tsou people all called it a hoe, and they said that they once tied it to a hook-shaped stick and used it as a small hoe.”
The hoe is made of wood and iron
Select L-shaped side branches on the main branches
Add an iron piece to the short end and tie a wooden handle to the long end
Just a useful hoe
Today’s hoes are all mechanized.
So the handmade hoe became a display item
